Returns, Exchanges and Payment

A Primitive Glow Hand Poured Candles are made-to-order, therefore, our refund policy covers items damaged in shipment valuing $50 or less. 
Damages exceeding $50 must be reported directly to UPS.

Cancellations must be called in one week prior to estimated ship date. 
Rerused and/or returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Sales tax will be added if applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
